Disappointing Doorbusters Black Friday 2011 Ads

Doorbusters Black Friday 2011 Ads
This years' Doorbusters Black Friday Ads seems disappointing. I know that this might not sound so optimistic about this much awaited holiday kick off sale from our major retailers. here are some points why I said that this deals are disappointing.

Looking at the ads that are being circulated from major retailers like Walmart, Best Buy and Target to name a few, there is no unusual deal that you can find there. All of the the items that are labeled as super discounted or markdowns have been on sale for a few months or in the past months from this store. As a seasoned coupon user I can tell you that it will be a waste of time scanning all though all of these ads. If you really want to save, go online on and buy the item you need there.

Retail stores are hesitant to give
great deals this year compared last year. This might be driven my marketing constraints that has been on in the past months. Retailers have been experiencing flat sales rate if not dull or down curve sales over the past months. Thinking that this Black Friday midnight sale can boost their margin if they give great discounts, this may also lead to over discounting.

Walmart was the first retail store to announce thier Doorbusters Black Friday Sale, it was followed by Target a few days ago and then now we are seeing Black Friday ads from smaller stores like Sears, JCPenney and Macy's.
